ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines - The Filipino wife of freed kidnap victim Australian national Warren Richard Rodwell said they have no plans yet of filing charges against those responsible for abducting Rodwell.
Miraflor Gutang, 28, said her husband has yet to discuss with her any plans about pursuing criminal raps against members of the Abu Sayyaf group.
