MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has fielded more quick reaction teams in ports across the country with the influx of travelers during the Christmas season.
In a statement, PCG commandant Rear Admiral Rodolfo Isorena said they would beef up security in ports until Jan. 7 next year as part of “Oplan Ligtas Byahe.”
