CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – A former barangay chairman of Barangay Tikiw, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija was shot dead on Saturday.
Senior Superintendent Walter Castillejos, Nueva Ecija police provincial director, said William Arcenas, 62, was sitting in front of the house of his mother when unidentified men on a motorcycle shot him several times.
Arcenas was pronounced dead on arrival at the San Antonio District Hospital.
