TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A couple and their two children aged one and five were massacred in a remote mountain village in Gattaran, Cagayan and land dispute is being eyed in the killing, police said yesterday.
Senior Superintendent Gregorio Notto Lim, provincial police director, said the victims – Danny Baguiwang, his wife Reymalyn and children Reydan, 5, and Reymond, 1 – were stabbed dead in their hut in the village of Mabuno.
Police said a certain Reynaldo Bitanga found the victims’ bodies.
