CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines – Police arrested yesterday a Japanese man wanted for attempted homicide in Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija.
Senior Superintendent Walter Castillejos, provincial police director, identified the suspect as Tamotsu Ise, 44, of Tokyo, Japan.
Ise was arrested at around 6 a.m. in his safe house in Sitio Sto. Niño, Barangay San Josef.
