MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) cleaned up last Monday a 20-meter oil spill in the vicinity of the Cebu International Port’s wharf in Cebu City.
Investigation showed that the spilt oil, about 50 liters, was traced to Mahiga Creek located between Cebu and Mandaue cities and flowed toward the wharf during high tide, the PCG said.
