MANILA, Philippines - The weather bureau yesterday warned fishermen in Luzon and eastern and western Visayas against big waves associated with the northeast monsoon.
In an advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said rough to very rough seas will prevail over these areas with wave heights expected to reach 3.4 to five meters.
