MANILA, Philippines - Six lawmen in Ilog, Negros Occidental face 15-day suspension after they were caught engaging in a drinking spree in their police station during a surprise inspection last Sunday.
Chief Superintendent Isagani Cuevas, regional police director, said he has instructed Senior Superintendent Manuel Felix, Negros Occidental police director, to investigate the erring lawmen, identified as SPO1 Ramon Macaya, PO3 Noel Joquino, PO2 Edward Gayuma, and PO1s Joseph Caballero, Gecel de la Cruz and Jonjer Yap. – Cecille Suerte Felipe and Ronilo Pamonag
