The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the country is expected to have fair weather.
It said that no low pressure area is expected to develop into a tropical depression that may threaten the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Meanwhile, barangay leaders in Valenzuela claim that the Camanava flood control project could only worsen flooding in the area during the rainy season.
