The conference delegates gave foundation president Heidi Sison a standing ovation after her comprehensive presentation on the urgency of building the Filipino character as a critical foundation for nation-building.
Tagaytay City Mayor Francis Tolentino, LCP president, cited the relevance of the foundation’s objectives and volunteered his city to be a venue for its projects.
The foundation has launched an advocacy campaign through a series of unique activities such as "Adopt a Character," a touring art exhibition, and "Paint the Future," an on-the-spot art contest for children.
