US judge issues order to PCGG
A US District Court judge has ordered the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) to execute depositions on an alleged $35-million account of the Marcoses so it can decide on the recipients of the deposits, human rights lawyer Robert Swift said yesterday.
