P15 milyong illegal LPG products nakumpiska ng CIDG

MANILA, Philippines — Nakumpiska ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ang nasa P15 milyong halaga ng  iligal na liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products at  refilling equipment ng isang refilling station sa Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City.

Batay sa report na isinumite kay CIDG chief PBGen. Christopher Abrahano, Agosto ng  makatanggap sila ng reklamo mula sa Phoenix LPG Philippines  hinggil sa illegal na gawain ng X5 Refilling Station in Valenzuela City.

Sa bisa ng search warrant, agad na kumilos ang CIDG Eastern District Field Unit ng CIDG National Capital Region at tinungo ang lugar.

Huli sa akto ang limang empleyado ng X5 Refilling na kinilalang sina alyas “Julius”, alyas “Tirso”, alyas “Ellieto”, alyas Leo, at alyas “Rogan” na nagre-refill ng Phoenix LPG ng walang awtorisasyon.

Kinumpiska rin ng CIDG ang LPG bullet truck (Isuzu) habang inihahanda ang kasong paglabag sa Section 40 (c) Unauthorized cross-filling in relation to Section 42 (Violations by Juridical Entities) of Republic Act No. 11592 (LPG Industry Regulation Act).
