Chief Inspector Allan Ruba, anti-illegal drugs task force chief, and his team swooped down on BAJ Compound at around 1 p.m. after a poseur-buyer was able to buy a sachet of shabu from Ulama.
Ruba said they caught the suspects having a pot session.
