MANILA, Philippines - Caloocan City Mayor Enrico Echiverri is inviting unmarried couples to join a free mass wedding at the Glorietta Park in Tala on March 3.
The city government will also shoulder the expenses for the processing of the marriage certificate of couples who join the wedding as well as the birth certificates of the children these couples may have.
Couples are required to register at the civil registry department at the main city hall or the north city hall.
