MANILA, Philippines - Two men on a motorcycle shot dead a Southern Police District (SPD) official in front of a junk shop in Pasay City yesterday.
Inspector Virgilio Sinlao, assigned at the SPD Tactical Operations Center, was walking along Solitaria street at around 2 p.m. when he was attacked.
Sinlao was declared dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital, Senior Police Officer 1 Joel Landicho said.
