MANILA, Philippines - A fish ball vendor died while his drinking buddy was injured when a neighbor stabbed them Tuesday night in Valenzuela City.
Ryan Villanda, 25, resident of Block 1, Molina street in Barangay Veinte Reales, succumbed to a stab wound in the left chest and was declared dead on arrival at the Valenzuela Medical Center.
Villanda’s friend, Rolan Lomibao, 23, sustained a deep stab wound in the right shoulder.
PO2 Rodrigo Tumbaga of the Valenzuela City police, said the incident happened at around 9:30 p.m. Reports said the suspect allegedly felt slighted that he was not invited by the victims to their drinking spree.
