MANILA, Philippines - A Manila Electric Co. electric post fell on a house and two cars along Washington street in Makati City and caused a power outage in three barangays during a downpour before dawn yesterday.
Chief Inspector Rubinar Icalmer said the post fell at around 3 a.m. Barangays Pio del Pilar, Bangkal and San Isidro suffered a power interruption that lasted several hours.
The post fell on a house owned by Ramon Caeg, a Toyota Corolla (WPV-250) owned by Arnold Mangalitan and a Toyota Innova (NMI-256).
Police said no one was reported hurt during the incident.
