Arrested were Wilson Chua, 30, a casino financier, of Apartment V, Blanco Compound, Figuerora St., Pasay; Kwa Robert Co alias Mister Wang, 30, of 21-C Timog Avenue, Quezon City; and Sy May Ann Chua, 26, of C. Cordero Street, Marulas, Valenzuela.
The three were arrested during a raid conducted by the National Capital Region Police Office-Metro Manila Drug Enforcement Group (NCRPO-MMDEG) at Wilson Chua’s residence. Following a tip from an informant, the three suspects were placed under surveillance until last Sunday’s buy-bust operation. — Nikko Dizon
