Executive sous chef Elmer Marquez and his team of culinary experts are whipping up a sumptuous buffet with flavorful yet guilt-free menu options for only P1,650++ per person.
Diners can enjoy an appetizing vegetarian fare that includes pumpkin soup scented with basil, baked parrot fish with olive and simple tomato sauce, vegetable kebab with lemon capers, seared mahi mahi with paprika and lemon and capers and padthai noodles with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables to name a few. Guests may also choose from a selection of salads to prelude their mains, such as Asian chicken salad, Greek salad, artichoke and ripe olive tuna salad, fresh tuna salad with tropical fruit, lemony lentil salad with salmon, spicy Thai shrimp salad, seafood salad with citrus vinaigrette, smoke tanigue salad with herbs and horseradish cream dressing, mango chicken salad, millet mignon salad, and creamy turkey salad with grapes and pecan.
