To start off, have a fill of your favorite salad mix with croutons, anchovies, cherry tomatoes, green and black olives, green and red ice lettuce, red beets, bacon bits, parmesan cheese and alfalfa with a variety of dressings.

Or delight in the prepared salads, including Potato with Smoked Chicken, Ham and Cheese, Marinated Sausage, Seafood, Pasta, and Artichoke with Smoked Fish.

Guests may also opt to calm your tummies with various cheeses and freshly baked breads paired with hot soup or turn to the Island station featuring tempting cold appetizers such as Chicken Galantine, Smoked Boneless Bangus, Cold Roast Porkloin, Smoked Tanguigue, Vegetable Terrine, Pork Embutido, Smoked Salmon, and Crab Quiche.

For a Chinese culinary sensation, give in to the tempting succulent goodness of roasted duck and charsu pork, while the Dimsum station offers various types of steamed buns such as hakao, pork and beef siomai, seafood, chili shrimp, duck and vegetable, scallop, sharksfin, and shrimp with lemongrass dumplings.

The live Wok station, on the other hand, whips up noodle and vegetable dishes with exciting ingredients to mix and match.

There’s also a Japanese station where maki and assorted sushi awaits diners. At the Tempura station, delight in deep-fried crisp selections like shrimp, squash, mushroom, carrots, bell pepper, sweet potato, eggplant and okra.

Also to die for is the Surf and Turf station where a choice of salmon, squid, pangasius, chicken, lamb chops, beef, shrimp and chicken sate are best hot off the grill. Fresh prawns, mussels and oysters are also good either fresh, grilled or baked.

On the other hand, the Pasta station regularly showcases three best-selling dishes — Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, Fussili with Bolognese Sauce, and Penne with Carbonara Sauce.

The Shawarma and Roast Beef Carving stations are also frequent smash hits with various international hot dishes sharing the spread.

And for a superb ending, swoon over the sweetest selection of desserts such as freshly baked pastries and cakes, fruits in season and homemade creamy ice cream or lure the pleasure seeker in you at the Halo-Halo, Chocolate Fondue and Crepe stations.
