Another convenient way to do it is via text message. Key in BALEC<16-digit PBI Express Cash card number>Example: BALEC 5577531031001234 and send to 2274 for Globe and TM subscribers; 3274 for Smart and Talk ’N Text subscribers. Your egc balance will be sent to you via SMS. There will be a charge of P2.50 per text.

It’s ‘U’ who matters most
At Ayala Malls, the trademark “customer is king” orientation has a new name — “U-First.”
The U-First program targets a wide spectrum of shoppers: families, persons with disabilities (PWD), travelers, among others. In fact, Ayala Malls has managed to come up with services that are meaningful and relevant to each one of them. For PWDs, this can be felt as soon as they enter the mall’s parking area. The Ayala Malls is thoughtful enough to set aside dedicated parking lots to make their mall experience a pleasurable one. They can also get PWD facilities map, sign language assistance, and wheel-in service, which are given upon entrance to the malls.
U-First’s main feature is the concierge service, located near mall entrances and in areas with high pedestrian traffic. At TriNoma, it’s found right in the middle of the Activity Center area. There’s one, too, at the lower ground floor, right in front of Gourdo’s.
