MANILA, Philippines - Dress up your pet and have a howling good time at the biggest pet costume competition in the country as the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) brings the “Scaredy Cats & Dogs:Year 11” to the Century City Mall event center, Makati on Oct. 26.
Registration starts at 3 p.m. All participants will receive free Halloween loot bags. Be entertained by surprise celebrity guests and get a chance to win exciting prizes during the main program which kicks off at 5 p.m.
