MANILA, Philippines -Horizon Land, a subsidiary of Federal Land, Inc., is making headway in developing the master-planned community in General Trias, Cavite with the continuing construction and occupancy of Florida Sun Estates.
The Oriental Garden Residences, the condominium phase of the master-planned residential resort community along Governor’s Drive, is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. The construction of its third building, the two-story Acacia, is currently in full blast.
When complete, the Acacia building will have two-bedroom loft units with a total floor area of 46 sq-m. suitable for start-up families. It will join the completed and ready-for-occupancy Bellflower and Cypress buildings in the Oriental Garden Residences.

While the architectural variety offers true blue urbanites and traditional families the fitting home within the same community, they also get their preferred modern convenience or suburban comfort outside Florida Sun Estates. Barangay Manggahan is progressive and rural at the same time. Banks, restaurants, supermarket, stores, schools, offices, gas stations and other subdivisions are in the neighborhood. Also nearby are a church, hospital, university and manufacturing plants of the New Cavite Industrial City (NCIC).
