MANILA, Philippines - For wine enthusiasts interested in savoring some of Bordeaux’s most attractive wines with silky textures, get ready to board the enomatic flight at Wine Story.

Wine Story’s Pessac-Leognan & Margaux Wine Flight can be availed through the state-of-the-art enomatic machine  (served by the glass) in the three branches of Wine Story, Philippine retailer of fine & rare wines, ongoing until June 30. One gets to indulge in any of the eight fine wines specially offered by Wine Story.

The wines from Pessac-Léognan, a wine-growing area which lies on the left bank, south of the city of Bordeaux, include La Chapelle Mission Haut Brion 2006; Haut Bailly 2002; La Tour Haut Brion 1998; and La Parde de Haut Bailly 2009.

Wines from Margaux are known to be the most delicate wine of the Medoc in Bordeaux. The four wines from Margaux which are part of the Enomatic Flight are Giscours 2009; D’ Angludet 2009; Siran 2003; and Brane Cantenac 2008.

Chateau Haut-Brion goes down history as one of Thomas Jefferson’s favorites, Among the top quality reds that are among the exceptional wines in the Wine Flight, the 2006 La Chapelle Mission Haut Brion is a delicious find. It has smoky, cedary, herb, black cherry, and black currant notes intermingling with unsmoked cigar tobacco. Haut Bailly 2002 is an elegant dark ruby/purple wine that displays notes of tobacco smoke intermixed with sweet currant, cherry, and some toast. La Tour Haut Brion 1998 is characterized by sweet aromas of black currants intermixed with tobacco, cedar, and spice box. La Parde de Haut Bailly 2009, on the other hand, has alluring incense and licorice edge to the core of supple black cherry, anise, and plum sauce flavors.

For the Enomatic Flight at Wine Story you can savor the Giscours 2009, a succulent inly/purple-colored wine with sweet aromas of subtle barbecue smoke, graphite, blackberries, blueberries, and spring flowers.
