- Tweezers
- Sandpaper (optional)
- Pencil/chalk
Directions:

- Optional: If you want your jeans to look more ragged, grab a sandpaper and rub it in the marked areas for more grunge effect.
- Cut straight, horizontal slits (1/2-inch to 3/4-inch) on the areas you want to distress.
- Use the tweezers to pull out the threads.
- Wash it and let it dry.
