The Café at Hyatt City of Dreams highlights American food traditions

MANILA, Philippines - Last September, a feast of flavors from across the Pacific awaited diners at The Café of Hyatt City of Dreams Manila. In cooperation with the US Department of Agriculture and the Foreign Agricultural Service of the Embassy of the United States, the hotel’s culinary team led by chef Michael Luedtke, executive sous chef Heiko Reichel and F&B manager Stijn van Leeuwen presented premium US meats, grains and wines flown in from across the Pacific.
