MANILA, Philippines - Shell companies in the Philippines received a bronze award at the 2015 Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards organized by the University of Asia and the Pacific. Shell was recognized under the Social Good Category-Advocacy for the Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2014, one of the world’s most innovative and challenging student competitions as part of the company’s centennial in the country last year. The Shell Eco-marathon challenges young engineers to design and build energy-efficient vehicles that attain the highest mileage using only one liter of fuel.
