Helping others reach their overseas dream

Janet O. Altamarino CEO of Ultimate Visa Corporation (fifth from left) leads Ultimate Visa Corporation in her quest to help Filipinos live their dreams overseas.

MANILA, Philippines - Janet Altamarino belonged to a long list of Filipinos looking for a well-paid career overseas.  After getting ripped off by fly-by-night agencies, Janet decided to delve into the business herself.

“Imagine, you give your hard-earned money to these people in the hopes of a better life abroad and they just trick you. It really is not fair,” Janet says.

Together with her business partner, Atty. Jonnah John Ungab, Janet Altamarino formed Ultimate Visa Corporation in Cebu City.

Ultimate Visa Corporation takes pride in being a legitimate and ethical corporation that provides professional services to clients at a reasonable cost.  Janet says that their company has a legal and research team that guide clients on visa processing, giving them the best chance of getting their visa applications approved.   Ultimate Visa Corporation, Janet adds, is not only concerned with visa approval. Successful clients are given financial and general tips on how to start their lives overseas.  Employees also are constantly updated on visa trends and immigration laws to properly inform their clients.

Since the company started five years ago, Ultimate Visa Corporation has grown into a bigger agency, putting up an office in Makati City as well. The company has also received awards from several industry-giving bodies. These include Immigration Services Provider of the Year by the Business Achievement and Recognition Awards (BARA) 2012, Most Trusted Immigration Services Provider of the Year (National Award) by the Global Management and Excellence Awards (GLOMEA) 2012 and 2013, Best Immigration Services Provider of the Year (National Award) by Star Brand Philippines 2012, Most Outstanding Visa Assistance Provider of the Year by Router Philippines 2012, and Best Visa Assistance Company by the People’s Choice Awards (National Award) 2012.  Janet herself was awarded Most Outstanding Filipino Achiever of 2012 by Star Brand Philippines and Woman Achiever of the Year 2012 by BARA.

Janet may not have gotten that coveted visa but for thousands of her clients around the world, she has been their passport to changing their lives.
