MANILA, Philippines - The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), in partnership with the Philippine Association of Printmakers (PAP), invited Filipino artists to join the 2009 LRTArt Painting Competition, which has for its theme “LRT at ang Buhay Pinoy.”
The contest seeks to promote among Filipino commuters the value of patronizing LRTA trains as well as their facilities.
