The Bel-Air Pasinaya is a tradition of thanksgiving to God for the gift of a loving community. It is a truly unique way of celebrating the bounties and blessings that the resident families of Bel-Air in Makati City have received through out the year.
Every month of May, for the past 16 years now, the villagers look forward to celebrating what has become a joyful tradition.
While each Pasinaya celebration is unique, every year has one thing in common — it never fails to showcase and enhance the talents of its residents, spanning four to five generations. It has become Bel-Air’s pride, exhibiting the sense of togetherness and belonging of the entire community.
This year’s theme “Summer Na, Bel-Air Na, New Wave Pa” showcased lively dances choreographed by Cecille Martinez, Liza Chingcuangco, Tintin Limjap, Bimbim Ebol, John Co, Wilson Ong, Ching Pagaduan, Nick Marie Canete and Marlon Ng.
The fantastic production was written and directed by Floy Quintos with the able help of Peggy Sangco (production manager), Butch Cruz (lighting director) and Mara Nepomuceno (scene and gate designer).
Kudos to all the performers for a terrific show!
