As proponents of the "Alabang culture," The Bellevue Manila develops its responsiveness to the sensibilities of southern Metro Manilas finest. The luxurious hotel recently held a wine-tasting event to pursue this aim at their very own The Bellevue Grand Ballroom, an emerging concert and social venue for southerners. Just leave it to the brilliant duo of the Chan brothers marketing and communications director Ryan Chan supported by GM Patrick Chan to give vibrance to the southern Metro Manila scene.
At the posh wine party, guests sampled fine selections from wine provider Philippine Wine Merchants, including Australian wines Double Bay Verdelho Chardonnay, Three Corners Chardonnay, Double Bay Cabernet Sauvignon, Double Bay Merlot, Three Corners Shiraz and Three Corners Shiraz Cabernet. These were complemented by a special buffet spread prepared by executive chef Hans Peter Eckstein who whipped up fresh oysters, roast lamb, premium meats and cheeses, a Japanese station and an amazing array of addictive desserts. The thoroughly educational wine tasting, which was hosted by yours truly, also gave away premium wines to lucky guests.
Congratulations!
