2 dead, 11 hurt in Sulu road accident

COTABATO CITY, Philippines —Two men died and 11 others were injured after the truck they were riding blew a tire and rolled over along the highway in Barangay Tagbak in Indanan, Sulu on Sunday.

Lt. Col. Francis Briones, Indanan town police chief, said Gerald Yusah Que and Aldamar Jul Daniel died during treatment at a hospital.

Barangay Tagbak officials said the victims were on their way to the Indanan town center after attending an event in the neighboring municipality of Parang.
