Top 1 most wanted sa rape, timbog sa Quezon City
MANILA, Philippines — Isang high profile fugitive sa kasong rape ang nalambat ng mga operatiba ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) sa Quezon City, nitong Sabado.
Ang puganteng nasa hustong gulang na nahaharap sa kasong non-bailable rape o paglabag sa Article 266-A ng Revised Penal Code, ay naaresto sa pamamagitan ng Enhanced Multi-Point Operations (EMPO) framework.
Dakong ala-1:30 ng hapon ng Mayo 30, 2026, nang makorner ang akusado sa C. Benitez St, malapit sa Aurora Boulevard, Barangay Kaunlaran, Cubao, Quezon City.
Sa beripikasyon, ang akusado ay nasa Rank No. 8 Regional Most Wanted Person ng NCRPO, Rank No. 1 District Most Wanted Person Quezon City Police District (QCPD), at Rank No. 2 Most Wanted Person sa Cubao Police Station level.
Sinabi ni NCRPO Chief, Police Major General Anthony Aberin na patuloy ang pagsisikap na madakip ang lahat ng mga may pananagutan sa batas.
“NCRPO will continue to identify, locate, and arrest individuals facing serious criminal charges and ensure their appearance before the courts. Accountability remains non-negotiable, especially in cases involving grave offenses that carry profound consequences for victims and their families,” ani Aberin.
