BIGBANG marks 20th anniversary with world tour

MANILA, Philippines — South Korea’s biggest boy group BIGBANG will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a world tour.
YG Entertainment’s founder and chief executive officer Yang Hyun-suk made the announcement last March 3.
“Celebrating the 20th anniversary this year, we’ve agreed to hold a BIGBANG performance,” Yang said in a video interview on YG Entertainment’s official social media channels.
He promised that the members and production will stage “the most perfect and beautiful BIGBANG performance.”
No further details about the world tour were released.
BIGBANG debuted in 2006 with five members, namely, G-Dragon, Taeyang, Seungri, Daesung and TOP.
Seungri retired in 2019 after being involved in a scandal, while TOP revealed that he left the group in 2023.
