‘Weak Hero Class’ star Park Ji-hoon’s Manila fancon canceled

MANILA, Philippines — “Weak Hero” and “The Legend of the Kitchen Soldier” star Park Ji-hoon’s highly anticipated fan conference in Manila has been canceled.
A notice dated July 7 and written in Korean, which was translated into English by Philstar.com, was posted on Park Ji-hoon’s official b.stage fan community operated in connection with his agency, YY Entertainment.
It stated that the Manila stop of his “2026 PARK JI HOON ASIA FANCON [RE:FLECT]” tour scheduled on August 8, 2026, has been changed to Macau due to “unavoidable circumstances.”
The agency apologized to fans who had been looking forward to Park Ji-hoon’s Manila performance.
“We sincerely apologize to all fans who have been waiting for the Manila performance and kindly ask for your understanding,” YY Entertainment said.
The updated fan conference, titled “2026 PARK JI HOON ASIA FANCON [RE:FLECT] IN MACAU,” will be held on Aug. 8, 2026, at 6 p.m. at The Grand Hall, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau.
YY Entertainment also assured fans that it “will do its best to ensure that the artist can deliver a great performance.”
The “Re:flect” Asia Fancon Tour includes stops in Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Tokyo, Hanoi, Taipei, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong and Macau.
This marks the second canceled Manila appearance for Park Ji-hoon. His brand-sponsored event in Manila last March was also canceled.
