'I’d really be the best mom': Content creator Bea Borres reveals pregnancy

MANILA, Philippines — Content creator and actress Bea Borres announced that she is pregnant with her first child.

In her YouTube vlog uploaded earlier today, the 22-year-old content creator admitted that she did not expect to become a mother but said that she is excited to have her first baby. 

“I promise you and to everyone that gets to watch this in the future that I’d really really be the best mom. It’s true that I’m not ready, but I don’t think anyone or anything prepares you for motherhood,” she said. 

She shared the news with her close friends, including Andrea Brillantes, Toni Fowler and Alex Gonzaga.

Bea said that she already knows the gender of her child and will reveal it next week. 

“I want to have this private moment with myself kaya pina-email ko na 'yung gender. Next week na 'yung gender reveal ko but I’ve been thinking about it na kasi and I just want to say kung girl ka man or boy, I will be the happiest as long as you’re safe and healthy,” she said. 

The "Kadenang Ginto" actor said that she is proud of herself, saying her child is the "greatest blessing" she received. 

“I want to say sorry to myself because this isn’t how I imagined doing this but I’m just so proud of myself. Kaya ko, kinakaya ko, and I love that you could be my biggest and greatest blessing that I could ask for in life,” she said. — Video from Bea Borres YouTube channel
