Pauleen Luna gives it her all for motherhood
When asked about how Pauleen Luna is doing as a second-time mom, she answers, ‘I’m a pump princess. It’s good, it’s quite challenging but it’s doable. And since she’s our last baby, I’m just doing everything I can to savor the hardships and the good times habang lumalaki si Mochi.’ Pump refers to her breastfeeding duties to Baby Mochi. During her second pregnancy, everything went smoothly by the grace of God.
Pauleen Luna may have everything, but one of her strengths is that, despite the fame and iconic status that her family has, she remains low-key.
Why is that important? Mainly, that is a reason why her marriage with Vic Sotto and family life have a huge following.
She can practically buy all the aspirational material things a lady in her 30s may want but she already knows that life’s essentials lie in the welfare and comfort of her family unit.
We recently had a lengthy chat with Pauleen at the Mini Melissa event in Parañaque, where other celebrity mothers and children participated in. Pauleen was joined by her two beautiful daughters.
We could not help but admire how she naturally melted with her life’s calling in raising two amazing daughters. It was so cute to see Tali, who is now six, being a social butterfly and having her own thing in the activities session at the Mini Melissa event.
Pauleen had something to share about Tali. “Miss Congeniality, she thrives in any place like even if she doesn’t know anyone in that party. Doon siya front and center, hahaha!”
Not even six months into this world, Baby Mochi was also present and well-behaved. We had seen her steal the scene when she debuted in “Eat, Bulaga!” last summer and now, the youngest of BosLeng was also so well-behaved in a social function.
“Naaawa din ako that the baby gets left behind, so I just bring her everywhere with ate! Hahaha!,” she said. We’re very certain that they are superstars in the making.

During her second pregnancy, everything went smoothly by the grace of God but the challenges came from how Pauleen would manage to introduce Mochi to Tali and how the dynamics were established.
“You have to understand that she was alone for six years. And then here comes a new baby, so the attention biglang nahati, doon ako nahirapan but with Mochi, I didn’t have a problem, okay naman siya. It was the normal puyat and bantay ka all day. I’m just savoring every moment now I’m enjoying it kasi last na ito,” she said.
Pauleen’s strategy to Tali was to remind her that she was the one who wanted a sister in the first place.
If Pauleen deserves a medal for motherhood, so does her husband bossing Vic. She could not say anymore praises because she emphasized how much of a hard worker Bossing is to be able to provide for their family.
“Vic is very, very hardworking, kung ako at home, very hardworking siya naman sa trabaho, so ano yon employee of the year,” she shared. “Even sa ‘Eat Bulaga,’ start to end siya.”
Going back to Pauleen, when it comes to filling her own cup, she said that she started working out again but is not in a hurry to get back to the grind.
“Hopefully, but when the kids are bigger because I’m a hands-on mom. I really want to be there for every milestone. I want to guide them, especially my daughter Tali. She’s an incoming first grader,” Pauleen concluded.
