The Carmen Rosales-Robert Neil starrer, Babae, Babae at Babae Pa! (1951), had an English version titled Nothing But Women, released in the US by Picture Associates of Hollywood, California. It was produced by Libran Productions.
The movie is billed ‘A musical romance and riotous comedy of the South Seas!’
Neil plays a sailor from Brooklyn whose ship runs around an island paradise whose inhabitants are all women, nothing but women. Carmen is, of course, the most beautiful and alluring woman on the island.
Featured in Nothing But Women — as the English is titled, as earlier said — is Ricardo Montes (later renamed Ric Rodrigo), and introduced singer Belle Gonzales.—RKC
