CNN Philippines’ Stories presents Ladyboys: The Band

MANILA, Philippines - People have come to know the ladyboys of Thailand, and the men who love them. See beyond the surface of these ladyboys as Stories, CNN Philippines’ top-rated primetime documentary block, presents Ladyboys: The Band.

Ladyboys: The Band is a documentary set in Pattaya where British bar owner Scott Griffiths starts his quest to form the world’s first ladyboy band. He and his friend Barry Upton, a songwriter and producer, audition hundreds of hopefuls in their search for the perfect transgender popstars.

Throughout the search, the documentary also comes across British men who have followed their hearts to Thailand to date the women of their dreams.
