How did you prepare for the Cosmo shoot?
“Diet! Diet! Diet! I cut down on food intake. I lifted heavy weights. Sobrang mahirap gawin, pero masarap ang feeling kapag nakikita mo na ’yung results.”
How did you feel during the shoot?
“At first, I felt kind of weird because it was the first time I did that. I’m used to playing teeny-bopper roles and pa-cute pictorials, ’yung mga pa-smile-smile lang pero not to the extent na taking my shirt off. So, I was surprised but I liked it in a way. The feeling was different because this time, I was showing my sexuality as a man now. All in all, I was happy.”
What other workout do you do?
“I do complex workouts, like a combination of different workouts in repetition. Mas intense siya at tsaka nakakapagod. I’ve been doing it for four months now.”

“Maybe my legs. I find them huge. Otherwise, I’m okay.”
Favorite part of your body?
“I think my abs.”
Part of a woman’s body that you notice first?
“Her butt. At tsaka ’yung weight mass. Gusto ko sa isang girl ’yung may laman.”
What about your diet?
“I eat anything. No restrictions when it comes to food. But I make sure that when I eat a lot, I go to the gym or do some cardio exercise to burn the calories. I hardly eat rice. I substitute it with good carbs such as pasta or wheat.”

“My eating habit is abnormal. But ideally, about 10 egg whites for breakfast, meat for lunch and milk for dinner.”
Any snacks between meals?
“Yogurt and oatmeal with lots of powdered milk.”
What medicines and vitamins do you take?
“More of supplements and protein shakes.”
How much water do you take per day?
“Kapag marami akong nakikitang water, I drink as much as I can. Pero ’pag wala, hindi ko naman hinahanap. Like, kapag may nakita akong 10 bottles of water, I challenge myself to finish as much as I can. Di ba healthy naman ’yun?”
How many pillows do you sleep with?
“One giant U-shaped pillow. I call it the loner pillow.”
Favorite sleepwear?
“Nothing. Kasi gusto ko ’yung comforter rubbing against my skin. Heaven ang feeling!” (Laughs)

“Sa gym. Kumbaga, nakakahanap ako ng inner peace kapag nasa gym ako. Stress-reliever ko po ’yung pagwo-work out.”
Your outlook in life?
“I’ll give you a quote by a famous philosopher, Aristotle. For me, education is the most important thing in life. Kasi sabi nga nila, education is like a tree. The root is bitter but the fruit is sweet.”
How’s your love life?
“I’m single and ready to mingle!” (Laughs)
