Will Sam Concepcion try to win Jasmine Curtis-Smith back?

MANILA, Philippines – Sam Concepcion said he would try to win back ex-girlfriend Jasmine Curtis-Smith.

“Yes I would. I don’t know if it’s the right time, but I will,” replied Sam when asked by Boy Abunda if he’ll try to win back Jasmine, in an interview in “Aquino and Abunda Tonight” on Tuesday.

This led him to admit that he still have feelings for the Kapatid actress.

“With something like that, it doesn’t just goes away easily,” he said. “It was very important and a very special part of me. Hindi po siya madaling kalimutan.”

The reports about their breakup came out early this year, but they kept mum about the reason.

When asked again by Kris Aquino why their relationship ended, Sam still answered coyly.

“I asked the same question, to be honest, and sometimes you can’t easily conclude why,” he said. “To simplify it, the best way to describe it is siguro po probably little things that kind of contributed to that and we’re very young. Sometimes it’s time and you have to grow into better individuals.”

They're now part of the monologue series "No Filter 2.0" and will serve as each other's alternates.

Sam is also being linked to his “Your Face Sounds Familiar” co-artist Myrtle Sarrosa, who recently broke up with Grace Poe’s son Brian Llamanzares.

Although they get along well, Sam said he’s not yet ready either to rekindle or start a relationship. –Joyce Jimenez
