ABS-CBN stars join Kapamilya Karavan

ABS-CBN Regional brought its Kapamilya Karavan to six provinces to celebrate annual festivals with Kapamilya stars Maja Salvador, Paulo Avelino, Jane Oineza, Loisa Andalio, Joshua Garcia and Matteo Guidicelli joining the revelries last summer. 

The stars took some time off their busy schedules to grace the Bangus Festival in Dagupan, the Panaad sa Negros, the Capiztahan Festival, the Magayon Festival in Albay, the Manggahan Festival in Guimaras and the Baragatan Festival in Palawan.

The Kapamilya network took this opportunity to show its appreciation to the loyal viewers and an opportunity to bring the stars closer to the people as they celebrate important town festivals annually.

Jane, Loisa, Joshua, Maja and Paulo all performed with so much energy to fire up the crowd. Matteo dished out his best performance, entertaining the crowd which had ladies swooning all over the Kapamilya hunk.

The crowd went wild upon seeing their favorite celebrities in person and took selfies with them. After all, it is not every day that a die-hard fan could see his favorite star.

Maja wowed the crowd with a sizzling dance number that left them cheering. Her onscreen partner in the teleserye, Paulo, did not pass up the opportunity to show his other talent as well as he serenaded the fans with a song number while playing the guitar.

It was not hard to imagine the ladies shrieking and cheering happily the moment Paulo strung up the first note and sung his first line.

The younger people were also delighted as the teen stars they follow, especially the tandem of Loisa and Joshua, along with Jane, who plays the older sister in their afternoon soap, drew the largest cheers from the people who rushed towards the stage when they hopped on.

The crowd really fell for the tandem of Joshua and Loisa when they performed a song together, eliciting shrieks of joy from the onlookers. Jane also did her own number which was received well by the watching people who continuously cheered her throughout.

The Kapamilya stars had a blast as they enjoyed different local delicacies, while snapping photos with their fans and giving them memorable performances. The fans had the time of their lives. They finally saw their idols in person and were treated to performances they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. After all, they do not get to see their favorite stars every day. It is, in a way, giving back to the people who inspire the Kapamilya network to continue producing empowering and entertaining shows.
