MANILA, Philippines - One of the Philippines’ biggest and grandest festivals is set to take place — Cebu’s Sinulog, a yearly celebration in honor of the Santo Niño de Cebu. Activities include the Miss Cebu grand coronation night on Jan. 14 at the Waterfront Hotel Ballroom; the Sinulog Idol grand finals, Jan. 15, Fuente Osmeña; Sinulog Festival Queen 2015 coronation night, Cebu City Sports Center; and the Sinulog grand parade, Jan. 18.
