MANILA, Philippines - 2014 Miss World-Philippines Valerie Weigmann gets a cake from the Miss World Organization (MWO) when she celebrated her 25th birthday on Nov. 22 in London where the Miss World finals will be held on Dec. 14 (Dec. 15 Manila Time). The 123 other candidates celebrated with Valerie, together with reigning Miss World Megan Young (right).
