MANILA, Philippines - DIVA Universal is dedicating a two-hour block of telenovelas from NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Television Enterprise, Telemundo — a global Spanish-language primetime content producer.
The DIVA Telemundo block airs weekdays at 4:15 p.m. with Aurora, a love story that must overcome lies and deceit, and the sexy romantic comedy Cruel Love (Perro Amor). The two Miami-produced telenovelas are dubbed in English.
Latin American and Hispanic telenovelas have enjoyed a strong presence in Southeast Asia for more than two decades.
