FBC joins Robinsons Manila’s Retro Party

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Place Manila continues to relive the disco era by bringing FBC (formerly known as Family Birth Control, photo) band to its Retro Party event on July 31 and Aug. 14, 6 p.m. at the Midtown Atrium.

The party band was one of Manila’s famous bands in the ’70s and ’80s. The group performed in various exclusive clubs in London and the U.S. and had a series of shows in Asia. Armed with its unwavering passion for music, the group will entertain mall goers with their unique interpretation of such hits as Boogie Wonderland, September, Can’t Take My Eyes off You, Heaven Must be Missing an Angel, Nightlife, Hustle, Shake your Groove Thing, YMCA and Earth, Wind and Fire songs. Mall goers and disco lovers are welcome to show their moves on the dance floor, while dance instructors teach other audience how to groove to the disco beat.
