When In Rome at Solaire

MANILA, Philippines - One of ’80s top New Wave bands, When In Rome (photo) will topbill ’80s Throwback Concert Dance Party on April 4, 8 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom in Solaire Resort and Casino and on April 5, 7 p.m. at University of Baguio.

When In Rome, an English new wave group, is composed of vocalists Clive Farrington and Andrew Mann and keyboards player Michael Floreale. The band is best known for the 1988 single The Promise.
