Daniel Padilla says 2nd concert is a gift to fans

MANILA, Philippines- Daniel Padilla considers his second concert as a way to give back to his fans rather than a showcase of his talent as a singe

Daniel will hold his second concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum dubbed “DOS: Daniel Padilla Birthday Concert at the Big Dome” on April 30.

“Hindi naman po,” he replied when asked if he now considers himself now a concert artist. “Hindi ko naman iniisip na concert, concert, kumbaga kabayaran ito sa mga supporters natin. Ito 'yong moment para magkita-kita kaming lahat.”

Though his first birthday concert last year was a success, the 19-year-old actor admits he feels pressured to  to fill up the big dome again.

“Siyempre may pressure,” he said. “Ito na naman 'yong kaba nararamdaman ko na naman, concert na naman at panibagong kanta na naman maririnig dito. Ang saya na naman. Pero siyempre lahat ay gagawin natin para mapaganda [ang concert].”

Joining Daniel on his upcoming concert are Rico Blanco, Khalil-Ramos, his band Parking 5, and The Reo Brothers who is composed of four siblings who survived the Typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban.

Daniel will also  release an album this April, and another one with his band Parking 5.
