Local, int'l celebs show concern for Philippines as heavy rains continue
MANILA, Philippines - International and local entertainment personalities show concern and support for the Philippines amid heavy rains in Metro Manila and surrounding areas on Tuesday.
Hollywood actor Patrick J. Adams, who was recently in Manila to promote his show “Suits,†expressed his concern for the country via Twitter.
Just hearing about all the flooding in the Philippines again. Please stay safe out there and look out for each other. Thoughts and prayers.

Black Eyed Peas member and “The Voice of the Philippines†judge Allan Pineda (more known as apl.de.ap) also took to the social networking site to show his concern.

Local celebrities also continued to tweet and relay information regarding rescue and relief operations for typhoon victims. Many also urged their fans and followers to help out once the heavy rains stop.
“May You, our heavenly Father, rescue us from this typhoon. May You cover us with the precious blood of Jesus, send Your angels to protect us, & comfort us who are in despair. In Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen,†Sharon Cuneta posted on her official Twitter account.
