The Shot that Rang Out on Solar News

MANILA, Philippines - On Aug. 21, we take a look back on one historic event that changed the landscape of Philippine Politics. This day marks the 30th year anniversary of the death of Ninoy Aquino, a historic event that changed the hearts of many.

Solar News Channel puts the spotlight on Netizens as it goes interactive by asking its viewers to send photos of their memorabilias from the time of Ninoy Aquino and share their stories on where they were during this historic event.

Along with Netizens, host Pia Hontiveros will talk to personalities who have experienced Aug. 21, 1983. Guests will be Frank Drilon, Pol Medina Jr., Journalists Manny Mogato, Jim Gomez and Barbara Dacanay among others.
